A connector changes the route, not the notarization.

What an integration removes is the trip between two systems — re-keying a client's details, emailing a PDF to yourself, chasing the finished file. The notarial act underneath is identical.

Identical either way

  • The signer verifies their identity the same way — government ID plus knowledge-based questions.
  • The session is a recorded video call with a commissioned notary, retained as remote-notary rules require.
  • The finished PDF carries the same notary seal, signature and tamper-evident certificate.
  • The same audit trail is written, and the same journal entry is kept.
  • Eligibility still depends on the document and the signer's state, and is checked before payment.

Whether a document can be notarized online depends on the document and on the signer's state, and the flow checks that before anyone pays. Acceptance by the receiving party — a bank, a county recorder, a court — is their decision, and worth confirming with them first.

Do I need an integration to use Notaron?

No. Every notarization on this page can be done from the website today — upload the document, verify identity, meet the notary on video. A connector saves the trip between two systems; it is not a different service and it is not a requirement.

What does 'early access' mean here?

The code is written, deployed and running, but switching it on for an account is something we do rather than something you can do from your own dashboard yet. Ask us and we will turn it on and tell you what it does and does not do today.

Is Notaron affiliated with Clio or Intuit?

No. Those products are named to describe interoperability. Notaron is an independent company, and nothing on these pages is an endorsement by, certification from or partnership with any software vendor.

My software is not listed. Can I still automate this?

Yes — the REST API and webhooks are available today and are what every connector here is built on. You can start a session, receive a callback when it completes, and pull the finished PDF and audit trail into your own system.

What does a session cost through an integration?

The same as anywhere else — $25 per session for one signer and one notarization, with additional signers, seals and witnesses priced per item. There is no integration fee and no subscription attached to a connector.
