- Yes. Passports are accepted. Signers without a U.S. Social Security number complete identity checks through a session with a Florida notary.
- Can the notary speak the signer's language?
- Choose the signer's language when ordering and we match a notary who speaks it.
- Can the notary help fill out immigration forms?
- No. Notaries can't give immigration or legal advice. Work with an attorney or accredited representative on what to file.
- Does Form I-864 need to be notarized?
- Not currently. Check the instructions for any form before notarizing it; your attorney can confirm what's required.
