- Yes, if they hold a remote online notary commission in their state. They run sessions under your account, and you can also use our notaries after hours.
- How are signers identified?
- Each signer's government photo ID is analyzed and they answer knowledge-based authentication questions before the notary joins.
- Can joint account holders sign from different places?
- Yes. Each signer joins on their own device in the same session.
- Can the session carry our branding?
- White-label branding is available for business accounts and is set up with our team.
- What about members without a Social Security number?
- They can complete the session with a passport. These sessions are handled by a Florida notary.
