- Can some signers eSign and others be notarized in the same session?
- No. A document is either eSigned or notarized in a live session. Send each document the way it needs, from the same account.
- How do I know if a document needs a notary?
- The party receiving it decides, along with state law. If they ask for a notary seal or acknowledgment, notarize it.
- Can eSign signers be identity-verified?
- Each eSign signer confirms a one-time code sent to them. Photo ID verification can be added per signer as an optional paid add-on.
