By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Notaron.com provides technology tools to facilitate remote and in-person notarization workflow, communication, and document handling between clients and commissioned notaries. Notaron is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All notarial acts are performed solely by independent commissioned notaries.

The Platform may make notarization opportunities available to notaries, but Notaron does not guarantee:
- Assignment of any transactions;
- Minimum transaction volume;
- Income or earnings;
- Geographic availability;
- Access to specific clients.
Eligibility for opportunities may be based on automated or manual business logic including ratings, location, availability, and compliance metrics. Notaron may modify selection logic at any time.
5. Payment Terms & Completion Requirement
Payments to notaries are issued only upon the successful completion of a transaction. A transaction is defined as completed when all required steps are finalized, including but not limited to identity verification, signatures, notarization, recording (if applicable), document upload, and final completion in the Platform.
Notaries are not eligible for payment for any transactions that are:
- Started but not completed;
- Partially performed;
- Abandoned by the signer or notary;
- Canceled before completion;

Participating in, attending, or starting a session does not create a right to compensation. Notaron may withhold or reverse payment in cases of dispute, non-compliance, or suspected fraud.
6. Client Payments
Client payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Notaron does not store credit card information. By submitting payment, the client authorizes all applicable charges.
