Before you roll it out.
- Can HR order a notarization for an employee?
- Yes. You create the order and the employee receives an invite to verify their ID and meet the notary. They don't need their own account.
- Does Notaron handle Form I-9?
- No. Form I-9 isn't notarized. It needs an employer or authorized representative to examine documents, which isn't a notarization.
- Can we offer this as an employee benefit?
- Yes. Employees use the company account and sessions are billed to it, so they don't pay out of pocket.
- What does the employee need?
- A government photo ID and a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera.
