Get in Touch

Whether you're a business looking for notarization services or a notary interested in joining our platform, we're here to help.

How to reach the right person

Notaron is a remote online notarization platform: signers meet a commissioned notary over live video, verify their identity in the browser, and receive a digitally sealed PDF when the session ends. Most questions fall into one of a few groups, and picking the matching subject in the form above sends your message straight to the team that handles it.

Signers and customers

If you need something notarized, you don't have to write to us first — start a session and you'll be connected to a notary, day or night. A standard session is $25 for one signer and one notarization; additional notarizations are $5 each and additional signers $10 each. The full breakdown is on our pricing page.

Choose Support for problems during or after a session: a document that didn't upload, an identity check that failed, a charge you don't recognize, or a finished document you can't find. Choose Client Services for questions before you start — whether a document can be notarized online, how many signers or witnesses you need, or whether a county will accept it for recording.

Before you write: answers that may already exist

Whether an online notarization is accepted depends mostly on the notary's state law, not yours. Our state-by-state RON law guide covers the rules in each state. If your document has to be recorded with a county — a deed, a mortgage, a lien release — check the e-recording directory to see whether your county accepts electronic documents. If you still need the document itself, our free form templates cover affidavits, bills of sale, powers of attorney and travel consent letters.

Businesses, law firms and title companies

Choose Contact Sales if your organization sends documents for notarization regularly. Tell us your industry, approximate monthly volume and the documents you handle, and we'll walk you through how team accounts and billing work for organizations like yours. Industry-specific workflows are described on our solutions page, and developers can embed notarization directly through the Notaron API.

Notaries and partners

Commissioned notaries can join the platform and take sessions from anywhere — choose Notary Information, or read how Notaron works for notaries first. Choose Partnership for referral, reseller and integration partnerships. Security questions are answered on our security page.

Contact and support questions

Do I need to contact Notaron before getting a document notarized?+

No. Notaries are available 24/7 and there is no appointment to book. Upload your document, verify your identity, and you are connected to a commissioned notary over video. A standard session is $25 for one signer and one notarization, and most sessions finish in about ten minutes.

What should I include in a support message?+

The email address you used for the session, the approximate date and time, and what went wrong or what you need. If you have an order or session reference from a confirmation email, include it — it lets us find your session without follow-up questions. Please do not email copies of your ID or your document; we never need them that way.

How do I get a copy of a document I already had notarized?+

The finished, notarized PDF is emailed to you when your session completes. If you can't find that email, check your spam folder first, then contact support with the email address you used and we will help you get it again.

I'm a notary. How do I join Notaron?+

Choose "Notary Information" as the subject and tell us which state you are commissioned in and whether you already hold a remote online notary authorization. How the platform works for notaries — sessions, payouts and requirements — is also described on our For Notaries page.

Can my business set up an account or integrate with Notaron?+

Yes. Choose "Contact Sales" and tell us roughly how many notarizations you expect per month, which document types you handle, and whether you need team accounts or an API integration. Notaron offers a REST API with webhooks for embedding notarization in your own product.

Where can I read about security and data handling?+

Our security page describes how identity verification, session recordings and notarized documents are protected. Every notarized document carries an X.509 digital certificate and a tamper-evident seal, so any change made after notarization is detectable.
