A consent for international travel with one legal guardian is a letter in which a parent or legal guardian states that their minor child has permission to travel abroad — including the destination, travel dates, the accompanying adult, and passport details for the child and companion. Because only one guardian is signing, it documents that guardian's authority and consent for the trip.
